Shipping policy

1.     When will my order be picked up by the courier?

Orders placed before 10:00 AM, MondayFriday (excluding public holidays) will be picked up by the courier on the same business day.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be picked up by the courier on the next business day.

2.    How long does order handling take?

Our handling time is 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
This allows us to check, pack, and prepare your order carefully for shipment.

3.    How long will delivery take?

Transit time is typically 14 business days, depending on your location.
The total delivery time (handling + transit) is approximately 2
5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

4.   How are items classified for shipping?

Standard: all handbags.

Large: all suitcases excluding large check-in suitcases and 3-piece luggage sets.

Oversized: all large check-in suitcases and 3-piece luggage sets.

5. What are the shipping rates?

  • “Rural” is determined by the courier’s rural address list; rural surcharges are included in the rural rates above.

6. How can I track my order?

Your tracking number will be emailed to your registered address once we book the courier service.

7.    What shipping carrier do you use?

Your order will be shipped via one of the following couriers: NZ Post, Post Haste, Castle Parcels, NZ Couriers, or Aramex.

8.    Will a signature be required upon delivery of my order?

For orders with a provided phone number, signature confirmation will be required upon delivery.

9.    What happens if no one is available to sign for the delivery?

Courier Post, Castle Parcels, Post Haste, and Aramex will leave a Card to Call with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery. You can easily book re-delivery online.

10.    Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

 The courier companies we work with do not support deliveries to PO Boxes.
